Chapter I General Rules

Article 1 (Purpose)

Article 2 (Definitions)

  • Member: A person who has registered as a member by providing personal information necessary for membership registration on this website.
  • User number (ID): A combination of English characters and numbers selected by users and approved by BIFC for member identification and member service use.
  • Password (PASSWORD): A combination of English characters, numbers, and special characters set by the user himself to protect the information of the members.
  • Termination of use: BIFC or member's expression of intention to terminate the use contract after using the service.
Article 3 (Effect and Change of Terms and Conditions)

If a member disagrees with the changed terms and conditions, he/she may request the withdrawal (termination) of the member, and from the effective date of the changed terms and conditions, If you continue to use the service after 7 days without expressing your refusal, you are considered to have agreed to the changes to the terms and conditions. It takes effect by posting it on the service screen of these Terms and Conditions or by posting it on the notice board or by other means. BIFC may change the contents of these Terms and Conditions if deemed necessary, and the changed Terms and Conditions will be announced on the service screen. Article 4 (Provisions Applied Mutatis Mutandis)

Matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Basic Telecommunications Act, the Telecommunications Business Act and other relevant statutes.

Chapter 2 Service Contracts

Article 5 (Conclusion of a contract for use)

The use contract is established with BIFC's consent to the user's application for use and the user's consent to the terms and conditions.

Article 6 (Application for Use)

The user's personal information is displayed in the subscription application form requested by BIFC on the member information screen of the service. You can record and apply.

Article 7 (Acceptance of application for use)

If a member applies for use by accurately filling out all the details of the application form, we accept the application for use of the service unless there are special circumstances. In any of the following cases, consent for use may not be granted.

  • If you don't apply with your real name,
  • When an application is made in the name of another person;
  • Member: A person who has registered as a member by providing personal information necessary for membership registration on this website.
  • Where the contents of the application for use are falsely stated;
  • When an application is filed for the purpose of hindering the well-being order or the customs and customs of society;
  • When other requirements for application for use prescribed by BIFC are insufficient;
Article 8 (Change of Terms and Conditions)

The use contract is established with BIFC's consent to the user's application for use and the user's consent to the terms and conditions.

Chapter 3 Obligations of Contracting Parties

Article 9 (Obligation of BIFC)

BIFC does not divulge or distribute any personal information of any member it knows in connection with the provision of the Services to any third party without its consent. Article 10 (Obligation of Members)

Members shall not engage in any of the following acts when using the service:

  • Fraudulent use of another member's ID
  • reproducing, publishing or providing third parties with information obtained from the Services;
  • Violation of BIFC's copyrights, copyrights of third parties, and other rights;
  • Dissemination of content that violates public order and customs;
  • an act that is objectively judged to be linked to a crime
  • Violation of other relevant laws and regulations

Members shall not engage in business activities using the service, and BIFC shall not be responsible for the results of the use of the service.
Members shall not transfer or gift the right to use the service or other status under the contract of use to others, and shall not provide it as collateral.

Chapter 4 Use of Services

Article 11 (Obligation of Members)

Members are responsible for maintenance, such as mail, bulletin boards, and registration materials, as necessary. Members may not arbitrarily delete or change materials provided by BIFC. The member infringes on BIFC's website, such as contents that violate public order and customs and other rights such as copyrights of third parties. Do not register the contents. If you publish such a content, you will be able to find out the results of the publication. All responsibility lies with the member.

Article 12 (Management and deletion of postings)

For efficient service operation, members' memory space, message size, storage days, etc. may be limited, and the contents of registration may be

  • Deletion may be made without prior notice in the following cases:

  • Where it is deemed to be related to criminal acts;

Article 13 (Copyright of Posts)

The copyright of the post belongs to the publisher himself, and the member processes and sells information obtained using the service, etc. Materials published in the service are not commercially available.

Article 14 (Service Hours)

In principle, the use of the service is 24 hours a day, 7 days a year, unless there is a special obstacle to work or technology. However, this is not the case when a reason such as a regular inspection occurs.

Article 15 (Responsibility of Service Use)

Do not use the service to hack, link pornographic sites, or illegally distribute commercial S/W. BIFC is not responsible for the consequences and losses of business activities caused by the violation, legal action by related agencies, etc.

Article 16 (Suspension of Service Provision)

The service may be discontinued in the following cases:

  • Where it is unavoidable due to construction work, such as maintenance of service facilities;
  • Where a key telecommunications service provider prescribed in the Telecommunications Business Act suspends telecommunications services;
  • If a system check is required
  • If there are other force majeure reasons
Chapter 5 Termination and Restriction of Use of Contracts

Article 17 (Termination of Contract and Restriction of Use)

When a member intends to terminate a contract for use, he/she shall apply for termination through the Internet. BIFC takes action after confirming your identity. If a member commits any of the following acts, BIFC shall notify the customer 30 days prior to the cancellation measures: You should be given the opportunity to state your opinion.

  • In the case of false application for membership;
  • The same user double registered with a different ID
  • In the case of disseminating information that hinders the public order and the customs;

  • If a large amount of information is transmitted or advertising information is transmitted for the purpose of hindering the stable operation of the service.
  • In the case of disseminating computer virus programs, etc. that cause malfunction of information and communication facilities or destruction of information, etc.
  • Infringement of the intellectual property rights of BIFC or other members or third parties;
  • Where the personal information, user ID, and password of another person are illegally used;
  • Where a member posts pornographic material on his/her website, bulletin board, etc. or links pornographic sites;
  • Where it is deemed to be in violation of other relevant laws and regulations;
Chapter 6 Guitar

Article 18 (Prohibition of Transfer)

Members shall not transfer or gift the right to use the service or other status under the contract of use to others, and shall not provide it as collateral.

Article 19 (Compensation for Damages)

BIFC shall, in connection with the services provided free of charge, in the event of any damage to the Member, be deemed intentional or gross negligence of BIFC. Except for damages caused, we are not responsible for this.

Article 20 (Exemption Provisions)

Where BIFC is unable to provide services due to natural disasters, wars, or other force majeure, You are exempt from responsibility for providing the service.
BIFC is exempted from liability for damages caused by unavoidable reasons such as repair, replacement, regular inspection, and construction of service facilities.
BIFC is not responsible for obstacles to service use due to reasons attributable to its members.
BIFC is not responsible for any damage caused by the member's expected profits from the service or data obtained through the service.
BIFC is not responsible for the information, data, reliability of facts, accuracy, etc. posted by members on the service.

Article 21 (Jurisdiction Court)

If a lawsuit is filed for a dispute arising from the use of the service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of BIFC shall be the exclusive jurisdiction court.
